Guatemalan family managed and all Mayan woman cooks, our kitchen has a fresh new approach and it is to bring you the best conscious Maya cuisine has to offer in a contemporary, organic locally sourced and plant inspired fashion.

We offer a mostly plant based menu and we serve organic locally sourced eggs, wild caught fish, honey & cheese.

We do not use factory farmed products or meat replacements.

For over 15 years, “La Cocina” at Lush has been a quintessential restaurant in San Marcos. Carefully maintained and lovingly curated.

Monday to Saturday:

• Breakfast from 8am to 11am

• Lunch from 11am to 3pm

• Dinner from 6pm to 9pm

Sunday:

• Brunch from 8am to 2pm
