For over 15 years, “La Terraza” (the terrace) at Lush has been a quintessential brunch place in San Marcos. This classic spot has seen so many transformations through out the years and so many belly smiles has this place been able to produce.

Guatemalan family managed, our kitchen has a fresh new approach and it is to bring you the best conscious cuisine has to offer in a contemporary, organic locally sourced plant inspired and refreshing style.

this are the official schedules:

Monday to Saturday

• Breakfast from 8am to 11am

• Lunch from 11am to 3pm

• Dinner from 6pm to 9pm

Sunday special Menu:

• Brunch from 8am to 2pm

From our not so typical classic Guatemalan breakfast to the very heart warming baked oatmeal, bullet proof coffee, cacao, elixirs and fresh squeezed juices, we are sure you will be nourished to start your day with the best and healthiest food in town.

Lush’s restaurant is not a “vegan” restaurant, we offer a a mostly plant based menu and we do serve organic locally sourced eggs, honey and cheese. We do not use factory farmed meat or meat replacements as they are not locally grown, poorly produced and harmful to the environment.
